  • I urgently need a skip bin. What can I do?

    Dump It Bins is committed to providing our customers with the best service possible. If you require a last minute emergency booking please get in touch 1300 211 111.

  • How long can I have the bin for?

    Two weeks. However, if you require your bin for longer, our staff can arrange a later pick-up date at a cost effective waste management rate.

  • What size bin do I need?

    The size of your bin will depend on how much waste you have. An average household cleanup will usually only require a 2m3 or 3m3 bin. Renovation projects may require more.

  • How do I book an early morning service?

    For early morning services, we recommend placing a booking by 3pm day before.

  • How much turnaround time is there until the bin is delivered? What about pick up?

    Order your bin before 10am and you will receive same day delivery. After 10am, you can expect your bin within 24 hours.

  • Where can I have the bin placed?

    We can place your bin anywhere on your property as long as we have access. If you think access to your property is restricted, let us know so we can organise another vehicle to deliver your bin.

  • How does your pricing work?

    We base our prices on the type of bin and what material is going into the bin.

    We do not charge for the weight or volume of waste.

  • What are your payment terms?

    Approved commercial credit account applicants are strictly thirty (30) days from the end of month, trade will be restricted if payments are not made within the Terms and Conditions outlined in the commercial credit account.
    Non-Payments will be pursued under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payments Act 1999 NSW.

  • What sort of waste can I put in the bin?

    The size of your bin will depend on how much waste you have. An average household cleanup will usually only require a 2m3 or 3m3 bin. Renovation projects may require more.

  • What sort of waste can't be recycled?

    Rubber, artificial grass, carpet, fibro, insulation materials, and any recyclable materials with contaminates.

  • Is there any waste that is prohibited?

    Food waste (greater than 5% by volume) and asbestos.

  • Can you provide waste reporting?

    Yes. We are members of the Green Building Council of Australia and can help you report waste that does not comply with regulations.

  • What happens if I need to cancel my bin booking?

    We recommend notifying Dump It Bins at least 2 days in advance. If a driver is required to wait more than 15 mins, the truck may be directed offsite and a call-out fee charged ($80).

  • What happens if I damage a bin?

    Bins are not to be moved on site by any machine without authorisation in writing to the customer from Dump It Bins. Under no circumstances can a bin be moved unless forklift pockets and/or crane able points are present with an approved Working Load Limit. Damaged bins will be invoiced directly to the customer; it is then the customers’ responsibility to pursue any liable contractors.
