This website and its use are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Dump It Bins disclaims any responsibility to the maximum extent permitted by law for any loss suffered in connection with the use of the information posted on this website or the transmission of any computer virus by us.
Orders & Delivery
All orders placed by 10am on a business day can be delivered on the same day if the order is placed by phone call. For any specific order requirements such as a faster delivery time, you should contact us directly by phone on 1300 211 111. For early morning services, we recommend placing a booking by 3pm one day prior.
Bins booked in for a changeover or pick-up are to be readily accessible. If a driver is required to wait more than 15 minutes, the truck may be directed offside and a call-out fee of $80 charged.
Weight Limits
A limitation of weight will apply on the larger bin sizes to ensure road safety standards are met and that all Dump It Bins vehicles stay within the maximum allowable capacity enforced by the Roads and Maritime Services of New South Wales. There are NO extra charges for overweight bins, however, if a bin is found to be overweight the customer will be immediately notified and a solution will be implemented.
Overloaded Bins
Bins that are loaded above the rim are deemed overloaded. It is at the driver’s discretion whether the bin can safely be transported.
Waste/Environmental Management Reports
Waste/Environmental Management Reports will be issued within fourteen (14) days of the reportable period.
Onsite Bin Damage
Bins are not to be moved on site by any machine without authorisation in writing to the customer from Dump It Bins. Under no circumstances can a bin be moved unless forklift pockets and/or craneable points are present with an approved Working Load Limit. Damaged bins will be invoiced directly to the customer; it is then the customer’s responsibility to pursue any liable contractors.
